To configure BlancVPN using NekoRay on Windows devices, you will need a V2Ray client and access key.
Downloading NekoRay
Download the latest available version of NekoRay for Windows.

Getting the Сonfiguration
Log in to your BlancVPN account. Select the location → Other protocols → V2Ray, and copy the key.
Installing NekoRay
Extract downloaded files and run the client.
Right-click nekobox → Properties → Compatibility → Run this program as an administrator → Ok.

Connecting to VPN
In the NekoRay (nekobox), click Server → Add profile from clipboard or press Ctrl+V.

Click OK.

Activate TUN Mode in the top bar.
Select the location → right-click Start or press Enter.

To disconnect the VPN → right-click active connection → Stop or Ctrl+S.
Done! You are now connected to a fast and reliable VPN.

Routing Setup
With the NekoRay, you can configure which sites and applications will use the VPN connection and which will bypass it. Read more in our article.
Checking Server Availability
To check the latency and availability of servers in NekoRay, go to Server → Current Group → Tcp Ping, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A → Ctrl+Alt+T.
Keep in mind that the ping in the app is only an estimate and may differ in real conditions. The actual value depends on the specific service or application connected through the VPN.

Launch with Startup
Enable auto-launch by clicking Program → Start with the system.

Additional Software for Windows
If you’re using an older version of Windows or experiencing issues, download and install Microsoft .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime.
