How to set up Outline VPN on Windows

To set up a BlancVPN using Outline on Windows devices, you will need a client and a passkey.

1. Follow the link to the Outline website.

2. Allow downloading of the “Outline Client” file.

3. Install and launch the Outline client. If the system prompts you to install drivers, agree. Without them, Outline will not work.

4. Get the access key for Outline from the your personal account:

Choose the location. Copy the access key by left-clicking on it.

5. Open the Outline app.

6. Tap on «Add server» in the center or «+» in the top right corner. Then paste your access key into the input field. Tap on «Add server» → «Connect».
