How to set up Outline VPN on Windows

To set up BlancVPN on Windows devices, you will need the Outline app and a passkey.

Installing Outline

Go to the Outline website.
Download the Outline Client.
Install Outline. If the system asks to install drivers, agree.

Getting the key

Connecting to VPN

Open Outline.
Click Add server in the center of the window or the + in the top right corner.
Paste your key.
Click Add server and then Connect.

Done! You are now connected to a fast and reliable VPN.
