To configure BlancVPN on Linux, you’ll need the OpenVPN, a configuration file, your login and password.
Getting the configuration
Log in to your BlancVPN account. Select location → Other protocols → OpenVPN. Download the .ovpn configuration file and copy your login and password.
Ensure there are no spaces in the name of the .ovpn file. If there are, remove them before proceeding.
Connecting to VPN
Open the Terminal and install OpenVPN with the following commands:
sudo apt-get -y install network-manager-openvpn
sudo apt-get -y install network-manager-openvpn-gnome
sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service
Open Settings → Network.
Find the VPN section and click + to add a new connection.
Select Import from File.
Upload the previously downloaded .ovpn file.
Enter the login and password copied from your account.
