How to set up V2RayN on Windows

To set up BlancVPN using V2RayN on Windows devices, you will need a V2Ray protocol client and access key.

Install the app

Download the V2RayN client for Windows. You can do it from the «V2RayN-With-Core.zip» file from the Github repository website.

Get the access key

Get the V2Ray settings from your BlancVPN personal account:

• Choose the location, then «Other protocols» → «V2Ray». Copy the access key.

Set up the VPN

1. Click on V2RayN → "Properties" → "Compatibility" → "Run as an as administrator" → "Ok".

2. Uncompress the file and launch the installation of the client.

3. When installing, the system may ask to download the operating system update. If not, download and install it.

4. Start the downloaded V2RayN client.

   • If the client is minimized, click on the icon in the bottom right to make the dialog window appear.

   • Click on the three-dot button and choose Russian as the interface language (zH-Hans → ru).

   • Close the application and restart it.

5. In the V2RayN app click on «Servers» → «Import bulk URL from clipboard». Then click on «Subscription» → «Update subscription with proxy». A list of the accessible locations will load in the app.

6. Activate VPN:

• Choose the location you need, right-click on it, and choose «Set as active server».

• At the bottom of the window, click on «System proxy» and choose «Set system proxy». When the connection is active, the app icon gets red.

• If there is a «Enable tun» toggle, activate it.

Well done! Your smartphone is now connected to the fast VPN.

To deactivate the VPN, choose «Clear system proxy» for the «System proxy» parameter.

Additional settings

If when you activate the V2RayN, your IP does not change, then activate "VPN Mode" in the client. It is next to the parameter "System Proxy" at the bottom.

If the internet doesn't work after that, then go to system Windows Settings, open the "Network and Internet" section, then "Proxy Server" and activate the switch "Use Proxy Server" and save.

Also, if after disabling V2RayN, your internet is not working, you need to disable the parameter "Use proxy server".

You may sort the servers by their ping (the information about the server response time). As a rule, the closer the server is to your location, the less the delay. To sort the servers, right-click on any of the servers and choose «Test servers real delay».
