To set up BlancVPN using V2RayN on Windows devices, you will need a V2Ray protocol client and access key.

Install the app

Download the V2RayN client for Windows. You will need the V2RayN-With-Core.zip file from the GitHub repository website.

Get the access key

Get the V2Ray settings from your BlancVPN account. Choose the location → Other protocols → V2Ray. Copy the access key.

Set up the VPN

  1. Select V2RayN → Properties → Compatibility → Run as an administrator → OK.

  2. Unzip the file and launch the installation.

  3. During install, the system may ask to download the operating system update. Download and install it.

  4. Launch the downloaded V2RayN client.

    • If the client is minimized, click the icon in the bottom right to open the dialog window.

    • Click the three-dot button and choose Russian as the interface language (zh-Hans → ru).

    • Close the application and restart it.

  5. In the V2RayN app select Servers → Import bulk URL from clipboard. Then click on Subscription → Update subscription with proxy. A list of the accessible locations will load.

  6. Activate VPN:

  • Right-click the location, and choose Set as active server.

  • At the bottom of the window, click System proxy and choose Set system proxy. When the connection is active, the app icon turns red.

  • If there is an Enable tun toggle, activate it.

Done! You are now connected to a fast and reliable VPN.

To deactivate the VPN, choose Clear system proxy for the System proxy parameter.

Additional settings

If your IP does not change when you activate the V2RayN, activate VPN Mode in the client. It is next to the parameter System Proxy at the bottom.

If you cannot connect to the Internet after that, open Windows Settings → Network and Internet → Proxy Server, activate the Use Proxy Server switch and save.

If you cannot connect to the Internet after disabling V2RayN, disable the Use proxy server parameter.

You may sort the servers by ping (server response time). As a rule, the closer the server is to your location, the less the delay. To sort the servers, right-click any and choose Test servers real delay.
