Using the V2RayN client, you can specify exception routes that should bypass BlancVPN or be accessible only through VPN.

V2RayN includes connection presets for countries with strict internet censorship. These can be especially useful if you're traveling to places like China, Russia, or Iran. Below, we’ve included an example of how to set up a preset for Russia.

Example: Configuring routing presets in Russia

Make sure you have the V2RayN 7.0 or higher installed.

  1. Open the V2RayN client for Windows.

  2. Select Settings Regional Presets Russia.

  1. Wait for the program to load all settings. This information is displayed in the log window.

  2. There are now several templates available in the Routing section of the main window:

    • RUv1-All all traffic is routed through VPN.

    • RUv1-All except RF — all traffic is routed through VPN except torrents and all Russian IP addresses. In this mode the sites of banks, government services and so on work correctly.

    • RUv1-Blocked — only domains blocked in Russia are routed through VPN, as well as all ports for voice communication in Discord.

Keep in mind that there is no single registry of blocked sites, so the third template may not work perfectly.

  3. Select routing options and activate VPN.

  4. For stable operation of the client, we recommend updating it using the built-in tools. Click Check for Updates → Check. Wait for the process to finish, the program will restart. Connect to the desired server again.

Done! Now the specified sites will open without the VPN when the V2RayN client is enabled.
