How to set up Outline VPN on Android

To set up Outline on Android:

1. Download the Outline client from Google Play Market or Github.

2. Get the access key for Outline from the BlancVPN Telegram bot or your personal account:

   • Telegram bot. Type /start, then tap on «Install VPN» → choose the location required → «Outline». When the bot sends you the access key, copy it. To copy, tap on the access key.

   • Personal account. Choose the location. Copy the access key by tapping on it.

3. Open the Outline app.

4. Tap on «Add server» in the center or «+» in the top right corner. Then paste your access key into the input field. Tap on «Add server».

5. Tap on «Connect» to activate the VPN, or «Disconnect» to deactivate it.

If, when you first connect to the VPN, the «Outline needs your permission to set up a VPN connection to the server..» field will open, allow the Outline to connect.

If you see the error notification («Invalid access key»), wait for a couple of minutes and try again.
