1. Check your subscription
Make sure your subscription is active. You can check its status in your BlancVPN account or the BlancVPN app.
If you purchased your subscription through Telegram but don’t see it there, check your BlancVPN account.
Paid, but your subscription isn’t showing up?
Check your email for a payment confirmation. Make sure you entered the correct email address when purchasing your subscription.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation or your subscription still isn’t showing up, contact our support team and attach your payment receipt.
2. Your subscription is active, but the VPN won’t connect?
Choose how you use BlancVPN:
BlancVPN app
Update the BlancVPN app to the latest version.
Try a different VPN location.
Set the VPN protocol to automatic. Go to Account → Settings → Preferred VPN protocol and select Choose automatically. This lets BlancVPN choose the best protocol for your current connection.
Third-party VPN app
Try a different VPN location.
If that doesn’t help, try WireGuard — we recommend it for most connections.
Refresh your subscription in the VPN app to make sure you have the latest settings.
Want access to all available locations in one app? Try INCY.
VPN on a router
Check if your router is compatible.
We have step-by-step setup guides for Keenetic, Asus, and TP-Link routers.
Using a different router? You can still connect it to BlancVPN if it supports WireGuard, OpenVPN, or V2Ray.
Still need help?
If you’ve tried the steps above and the VPN still isn’t working, contact our support team. Please include:
the email linked to your subscription;
your device and operating system;
how you’re connecting to BlancVPN;
a brief description of the problem.
