BlancVPN is not responsible for such disruptions or limitations and does not provide refunds solely based on governmental or ISP actions outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BlancVPN, its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of BlancVPN, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
